Effective November 4, 2026. This policy explains what information Peach Outdoor (“we,” “us”) collects through peachoutdoor.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you contact us, request a quote or price, ask about a unit, start a chat, or apply for financing, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, the equipment you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
A financing application asks for the additional personal and financial details needed to evaluate credit. Financing applications are handled through a secure form provided by our form vendor (Cognito Forms) and are used only by our finance team and our lending partners to evaluate and process your request. Please do not send sensitive details such as your Social Security number by chat or email.
Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location (city or region), device type, browser, operating system, screen size, and the website that referred you. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) for this. It uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how the site is used so we can improve it. We use the information we collect to respond to your questions and quote requests, check availability, process financing and delivery requests, provide sales and service support, keep our inventory pages working, understand how the site is used, and protect the site from misuse. We may contact you by phone, text or email about the specific request you made.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
• Hosting and delivery: Netlify (website hosting) and Bunny.net (image and video delivery).
• Analytics: Google Analytics.
• Chat: Tawk.to, which powers the live chat box and keeps the chat messages you send.
• Email: our email delivery provider, which sends your inquiry and quote requests to our staff.
• Financing: Cognito Forms and the lenders we work with, when you submit a financing application.
• Video: YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play an embedded video.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or property.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Google Analytics, our chat widget and embedded YouTube videos may set them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though chat and some features may be limited.
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We will honor requests as required by law. You can also ask us to stop contacting you by phone, text or email about marketing. Our site is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
